APR Data Services & Procedures

The following APR activities include data services

  1. Data packet for mid-cycle
    1. Includes an internal OAAPR team review
    2. Includes internal UNM campus partner meeting
  2. Data packet for self-study report
    1. Includes an internal OAAPR team review
    2. Upon request by department/program APR committee, includes walk-through meeting
    3. Includes Pre-visit meeting - with full draft Self-study review

Procedure: Each Fall and Spring semester, 4-5 data packets for self-study reports and 4-5 data packets for mid-cycles will be generated. Priority will be as follows:

  1. Mid-cycle Key Indicator packets
    1. Internal UNM meeting will be scheduled by the APR manager
      1. Targeting October/March
  2. Self-study data packets
    1. Once packets are created and shared with departments/programs, the Chair/Director should request a meeting with OAAPR after sharing and reviewing with APR committee
      1. Targeting November/December and April/May
    2. Pre-visit meeting will be scheduled by APR Manager - includes a full review of how data was used in Self-study report
